This Warranty and Returns Policy applies to all products and services provided by pepperpath, including cameras, website services, and associated analytical features. Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges or environmental conditions.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
Warranty Claims
To make a claim, please contact our Customer Support team at support@pepperpath.com.au within the Warranty Period. Provide proof of purchase, details of the defect, and any relevant images or videos. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
- Refund the purchase price in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. If the product has been opened or used, it may still be eligible for return if a defect is confirmed under the Warranty.
Returns Process
- Request a Return Authorization: Contact support@pepperpath.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare the Product: Package the product securely, including all original accessories and documentation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Legal Limitations
- This warranty is your sole remedy, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- pepperpath shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
